At the end of the tree-lined Hampton Park, one of Belfast’s most exclusive addresses, a new chapter is unfolding. The Hamptons is a prestigious development by Lagan Homes, designed by APD (Alan Patterson Design) and refined in detail with Lee Austin Design. Before construction began, we were invited to collaborate and produce a suite of interior CGIs that would bring this vision to life.

The aim was clear: to give prospective buyers an authentic glimpse of the homes ahead of time. Our CGIs became a key part of the marketing journey, allowing Lagan Homes to release imagery gradually and build anticipation around this enclave of exclusive new residences.

Working alongside Lee Austin Design, we focused on interiors that balanced timeless elegance with contemporary comfort. Every texture, finish, and detail was carefully considered – from materials and lighting to the inclusion of genuine Crittall doors by Artizan Fabrications, which feature in some of the visuals to reinforce the authenticity of the design.

The result is a collection of visuals that capture The Hamptons as more than a development: a statement of quality, location, and design excellence, rooted in one of Belfast’s most prestigious settings.
