For Hobart Hall, we were engaged to define and position a new residential development for Lagan Homes. Located beside the Comber Greenway and neighbouring Millmount Village, the brief called for a distinct identity that would elevate the scheme and communicate a more luxurious offering.
Through research and place-naming, we established Hobart Hall – a name that set the tone for a refined and aspirational development of 3, 4 and 6 bedroom detached homes, all completed to a full turnkey specification. This identity informed every stage of the project’s creative direction.
Our scope included the full suite of marketing collateral: brand identity, brochure design, house type layouts, site plans, cgi’s, digital content and social media support. We built a cohesive visual and narrative framework that showcased the architecture, finish and lifestyle, ensuring the development stood apart within its market.
The result is a considered and coherent brand for a modern, premium residential offering – rooted in place, aligned to its audience, and delivered across all touchpoints.
