At KBB 2024 — the UK’s largest biannual kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom show – Collaborate designed and delivered a striking exhibition stand for Flair Showers, working alongside Designco to bring the concept to life.

Building on the creative momentum of our Waterfall project, the theme was set: “Surround Yourself in Beauty.” This double meaning referenced both the cinematic waterfall installation and the experience of stepping into a Flair shower.

For the first time, Flair showcased their award-winning ILI Collection alongside ORO, ETO, and AYO – completing the Harmony Collections. The centrepiece – a recreated ORO door set against a stone wall and living moss – evoked the Waterfall film’s natural beauty, while other standout displays featured Cosentino slabs to inspire visiting UK and Irish bathroom retailers.

A dedicated NPD wall detailed the craftsmanship and process behind every Flair product, complemented by a large-screen showing the Waterfall film, shot on the Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland. The result was a space that seamlessly combined product innovation, immersive storytelling, and the artistry of bespoke bathroom design.
