mealough: interior cgis for lee austin design

For the Mealough development in Carryduff, Lee Austin Design asked us to produce a suite of interior CGIs that would capture the look, feel, and atmosphere of the show home he was creating for Fraser Partners. The brief was clear: no detail could be left behind. The imagery needed to represent the finished home as faithfully as possible, offering buyers a true sense of how the spaces would live and breathe.

The development itself sets a high bar – contemporary, eco-friendly homes in an exclusive setting on the outskirts of Belfast. Designed with solar, smart, and renewable technologies, each home is built for energy independence, reducing reliance on the grid while maximising comfort and efficiency.

Visually, the palette is both sleek and inviting: white render, grey brick and cladding give the exteriors a modern edge, while interiors draw on Scandi-cool design principles – bright, pared-back, and beautifully functional. Our CGIs brought this balance to life, from the quality of finishes to the warmth of natural light in each room.

The result: a set of images that reflect not just what these homes look like, but what it feels like to live in them – contemporary architecture paired with thoughtful design, inside and out.
