This week marked the much-anticipated Show Home launch at Hobart Hall, Dundonald, by Lagan Homes – a development that perfectly blends timeless design with contemporary living.

The interiors were beautifully curated by OCO Interiors, who brought a sophisticated palette of soft tones and rich textures to life throughout the home. Every space feels calm, balanced, and welcoming – a seamless showcase of thoughtful design.

Our team coordinated all aspects of the marketing rollout for the launch, capturing the energy and detail of the new show home experience. This included: show Home A-frame signage and on-site branding, show home photography and teaser video content, final showcase films and takeaway postcards placed throughout the home and paid and organic social media campaigns to build anticipation and drive engagement.
