Our role was to capture the elegance of these homes across every detail of the launch. We created the branding, brochure design, signage, and a striking Simon Brien shopfront takeover – all designed to reflect the quality and exclusivity of the development. The brochure itself was finished in G.F. Smith Imperial Blue with gold foil stamping, a refined touch that echoed the development’s character. To complement this, a beautiful mail drop was produced in the same finish, housing a postcard of each apartment, and sent directly to the registered mailing list.
